How did you clean the relay contact surfaces? Ultrasonic again, or very fine grinding paper? Which grain, in that case? Or some sort of polishing compount?

Tnx Oilmaster,
Just a few drops of contact cleaner and Q-swab ,...nothing more.... it was just a dirt (like a grime), fortunately... contacts were almost new :banana:.
I didnt use any sandpaper (if I had to use sandpapaper it will be already used P-600;that's what I have at the moment in the drawer)

Surly he will be satisfied - but keep it. Its so seldom!:D

For the pilot lamps - scale lamps in general - I use special dipping lacquer. Green or blue - to get the original illumination.

Fantastic job! You seem to be very passionate, I've got a V5 and a V6 , hopefully a V7 soon. Congratulations on your lovely system, it's just beautiful !
