This stuff works wonders with cleaning the tuning capacitor fins.
Any green oxidized crud on them will seriously degrade the tuning ability.
It leaves no residue. It's the only thing you want to use in that area.

all I had to do was free up the wheel by hand . it spins great now. I figure it was just sitting for a long time.
