Allen Organ driver group on model HC 12 speakers

Hey guys I bought some Allan organ HC 12 speakers for 16 bucks and am thinking about the driver complement.
Who can tell me to make and model number of the drivers here?
I think the tweeters are peerless 292-041, the mid-ranges are peerless 292-0040 and the woofers are eminence 292-0030.
Are those the Allen part numbers or are they the manufacturers part numbers? It seems odd that the E minence woofer would have the same kind of model number characters as the Peerless drivers.

I think you have the tweeter and mid #’s reversed. I’ve owned several pair of these over the years. Those are Allen Organ part numbers. The mids are Peerless K040MRF, 4 ohm. I suspect that the tweeter is Peerless as well but haven’t been able to confirm it. My woofers were Eminence but I can’t help you with a model. It may have been spec’d for Allen Organ. The surrounds on mine are different than yours so they may not be the same model. Those crossovers are heavy, quality inductors.

I used mine as Hifi speakers for a while but eventually decided they were too bass heavy for me in stock form. A couple of my friends still use them stock and really enjoy them. I converted 4 of mine to subwoofers.

IMO, you made a good purchase for $16!
