ALLEN1.jpeg allen3.jpeg ALLEN4.jpeg ALLEN5.jpeg ALLEN6.jpeg I purchased this Allen Organ Co. speaker set online, just based on the photo's. I am not real familiar with Allen.
It appears the magnet is stamped for C.T.S. (137) and the three digit to follow is 452( 1954? last week of December?) My initial thought on purchasing was just to strip and salvage speakers, but after a closer look maybe the could be better purposed. I have only the (1) pic of the power supply shown. This is all the info I have.
Your thoughts?

Allen low grade dog food, in the organ business, the first thing you do when removing an Allen organ is toss the speakers in the nearest dumpster:thumbsdown:

Those selenium rectifiers are huge! The gyro cabinet might make for a guitar amp combo, if the the amp was replaced. Someone might like the effect playing through it.

My original intent, saw the mod on youtube a while back and the first thing I thought was lap steel. Anyway we will see what I got this eve.
