Allison CD9 speaker restoration, any help appreciated!

I am the proud new foster parent of a gently used and well loved pair of Allison CD9 3 way speakers in light oak.

Both have 10 woofers in need of refoaming, one has 3 splits the other intact and slightly tacky. I plan to do this on my own using
Simply Speakers of Florida's kit on ebay.

I have one broken dark brown grille on my HF section that was crushed and damaged the HF drivers.

I have one tweeter with both leads cleanly disconnected and a shorn off but attached dust cap.

I have one mid range driver with a soft dent in the center and an almost torn off wire.

The cabinets are mostly flawless with no signs of wear with a back corner ding and a small splinter sized area of removed veneer on the lower front edge.

The nickel plated steel is flawless with all foot pegs and screw found a user on etsy who makes reproduction grilles, anyone have them?20190811_210511_HDR.jpg Screenshot_20190811-095359.png Screenshot_20190811-095407.png Screenshot_20190811-214214.png

This is my quest.
Any help or advice in my duty as an adoptive parent of these beauties is greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Stuart
