New user and first time poster here so go easy on me... 
So, I have just bought some Altec A6's second hand in good condition. They came without a crossover so I am going to be using the Behringer CX3400 as an external crossover and horizontally bi-amp them, as I have heard people had good results when wiring them this way and I like the option of being able to EQ them to my studio.
This brings me to my question, what power amplifiers should I look out for to pair them with? Ideally they need to relatively easily available in Europe (ideally Netherlands) on second hand sites and also around €150/200 each. I know this isn't a big budget but it is whats available at the moment so I need to make it work as I would like to have them up and running asap.
In terms of demands on them, they would mostly be used for home use so listening at medium levels but I would like the option to have enough power to properly drive them if I wanted to throw a bigger party at a larger venue. I think I would like to stay on the older hi-fi models and have seen brands such as Crown, Soundcraftsman, Nikko, BGW, Yamaha etc but I am open to any suggestions.
Looking forward to hearing some recommendations as I have been lurking the forums for a while. I have seen a few forums on power amps but none on this specific scenario so please direct me to the thread if its already been discussed
