Altec Lansing 1010 Studio Monitors

I picked up a pair of Altec Lansing 1010 studio monitors as part of a $100 thrift shop purchase today and can't find any information on them. The surrounds are rotted but everything else seems in really good shape. Does anyone have any info on these?
