Altec or Jensen or... PHY?

Hi, I want to use a coaxial (or triaxial) single speaker for mono use. I'm very interested in the Altec 604E or GPA 604 8H, as well as the Jensen G-610 or G-600. Also in consideration is the PHY coax driver, for the convenience and advantage of not having to bother with crossovers.

As this is my first time seriously considering these as tranducers, I'd be grateful for any impressions, opinions, pros & cons, of these units. Thanks!
