Not from a knowledgable buyer, if they have stock phragms they're symbiotik and near worthless for hifi apps. Considering the pounding they've likely taken they most likely need to be recharged before they'll play to spec with any phragm, most ebayers don't have a clue though so your estimate might be right in that particular venue.

Maybe if you can verify that they're factory altec cabs. The reinforcing ribs(of which one is splintered and missing) on the backs don't look right. I think the cabs were DIY'd at some level, with that style lower grill panel in the front i would have expected the cabs to have only half panels removable in the back. The crossovers are worth more than the cabs.
