Americana Music Festival

coming up in early September in Nashville. Quite the long list of performers,

some big name and others not so much. Honorees include Richard Thompson, Booker T Jones and Bonnie Raitt. Should be a major blowout.

Looks like a good show. I may check it out. Heading to Nashville in the fall.

A few local to me bands will be there, including Bill Kirchen and Sons of Bill. Richard Thompson is well respected(!!!) in the music community but still relatively unknown to the general public :tears:
I would think seeing him live would be a real treat

I see the shows are spread out over 5 venues. Kind of a crappy setup. I was thinking this was a festival of some sort. And no opportunities for employment either.

Great list of artists though.
