Amp/Preamp matchup ?

Preamps: Mcintosh MX110Z, Mcintosh C22 V3
Amps: Mcintosh MC30 mono pair, Mcintosh MC240

Which would you match to which? I have my opinions, but just wondering........

Klipsch Khorns, La Scala II, Heresy III

Period setups would pair the 110 with the 240 and the C22 with either, tho alternate pairings would be acceptable.
