I managed to rescue this Sansui AU D55X from a student flat. When I got the poor bugger home - there was a sorry tale of stupidity and carelessness very apparent when I took the top case off.

This old fellow will get to live out the rest of his decaying circuitry at the Amplifier Shelter - home for abused amps.
