Amplifier trouble

I have an art dj pree II amp, Fluance rt82, and Panosonic Ra 6600. I had everything hooked up and it sounded great. I move the system and now there's a loud hum when the tone arm is on a record. I've replaced the cables, even tried a different amp, and checked the ground cable. Nothing seems to help.

It doesn't hum if I ground the tt to the receiver and dont use the amp. I've thought about plugging up the amp but grounding to the receiver. Just to see if that worked.
 
If you moved to a new power wall outlet verify it is properly wired and grounded with an inexpensive wall plug tester. Could be part of the issue.
