An evolving system.

Hey all, I figured I would make a 'main' system thread to track changes I make (which are many and frequent) so here goes.

System as it stands now with Yamaha R-S709 amp, Technics SL-Q3 TT, Arcam Alpha 5 CD, Aiwa AD-F640 cassette deck, Yamaha iPod dock / iPod touch 2nd gen, Apple Airport Express, JVC SK-1000ii speakers.

Its a Mission Model 70 at the side of the JVC, I've just been testing it. It has a dead Vifa tweeter.

I don't get any rumble from the TT, its really well damped. Say that, I don't really crank the system anyway. And the floors are solid concrete, no wood here

I've just brought a Dual 1214 TT back to life and added it to my system until I decide whether to sell it on. Purchased from the SA for $10....
