Consecutive s/n for the amps is not uncommon. A 10b, 7, and a pair of 9s; I remember the system well. I can not remember how many passed through my home on their way to buyers bank in the '60s but, alas usually for less than a grand per system. If only I had known..............
The system mated with a pair of Nines with the 9s in triode mode was to die for. I used to run a Marantz SLT-12U with a ADC25 cartridge and a KLH 41 reel to reel before going utterly nuts and buying multiple sets of Nines and 9s to make my system even better sounding.
