Didn't want to break protocol......
Been an electronics fan since I was old enough to tear something apart! Developed a early passion for all things radio and audio, in that order I guess. Finally after I was able my first real acquisition was a new Sansui 9090 in 77. Haven't stopped since. Started out with tube stuff as a kid and finally the last few years I've managed to pretty well get a handle on working on SS stuff, now that it's pretty well ancient technology now. Guess I'm just naturally 30 years behind. Anyhow I enjoy working on the bench, amps, tuners, receivers, doesn't matter though I still pretty much hang out in the Sansui corner. Luckily I've never had to make a living doing this, much as I enjoy it I can still bear witness I'm a level below those that do.... plus that'd take the fun outta it.
