Another Post Regarding Marantz Model 15 Transistors

Group,
First off let me express my heartfelt thanks to all the guru's, hobbiests and techs on this forum. I have learned so much and continue to learn each day. I recently got a Marantz Model 15 on the bench and it is in dire need of the driver and output transistors, being as how the drivers are blown. I have found replacement numbers on this forum and will go ahead and order the parts, however the accepted replacement for the DTM11 and DTM12 transistor is a MJE15030/31 pair. This is not a big deal normally, I frequently replace transistors with modern equivalents, however in this instance the case style is different. I will be going from TO-66 to TO-220, and while I see how this can be done, I was hoping to find a TO-66. I understand no one makes the TO-66 package any longer, but I have drawers full of vintage x-stors and one may actually work. My question is, what is the 2NXXX equivalent to the Motorola DTM12 in the Model 15? I cannot find this information anywhere. I have dozens of xstors in the TO-66 package but they all have 2N numbers on them. If anyone can help, I would be ultimately appreciative. Someday, I would like to take on a project where vintage models have a modern parts list so a person could simply order the modern parts and know what vintage parts they replace. If I ever get enough experience to do this, I will.
Thanks Again
Scott
