Another SA-500??? WOO HOO!

I am a BIG RS fan.....this got delivered today. SA-500 in original box and with User Manual. Yes..I have one already but isn't as nice as this one. So now I have one to "play" with and one to use. I want to use it as a base for testing my non-existent soldering and upgrading skills. Yes...I want to upgrade this RS little amp. Why? Just because! LOL. Thanks for indulging my smile. Sorry for the big pics...still don't have the new system down.

That's a pretty awesome snag Don, I don't think I have ever seen as clean as one WOW. Puts out around 25wpc eh? I think there was a matching tuner also! Get a pair of the walnut Nova's or Minimus 7's and you got a nice little setup

Nice find! I recapped my SA-1000A recently. Take notes as to capacitor orientation. I found several of the silk screens on the boards that were wrong. Ya don't want to turn those new electrolytic caps into party poppers.
