Antenna for Beomaster 3000

hi,

i'd like to get an indoor antenna for my beomaster 3000-2. can anyone make a suggestion? i live in new york, with a crowded FM band, in an old brick and plaster building. and i'd like something somewhat handsome if possible, since the bombaster has a very particular look.

i hear that there are B&O rabbit ears but i don't know where to find them. and there is a "TERK FM ANTENNA" on ebay, but i have no idea if that will help.

thanks in advance,

j

Good advice, thank you. Does it matter what type of antenna? Are some better than others, or some types better than others?

Rabbit Ears are for strong local signals only. Not very good for weak or distant signals. Low power stations near a blowtorch can be tough to receive. Many tuners can't separate them.

And also requires tuners with narrow IF sections or selectable IF bandwidth to do. A wide IF equipped tuner does poorly on such reception.
