Antique Shop Kenwood LS-403A Speakers

Making my normal rounds I came upon a pair of kenwood ls-403a 2-way speakers. Of course they need re-foamed. (Which I have never done) Are they any good? The cabs are in good shape except the veneer is peeling away from one of the corners. They still have the complete instructions, and serial numbers on the back. Does anyone know when they were made? Any help is appreciated. Oh yeah, they cost me ten bucks for the pair.

The Kenwood LS series was made in the US in the late 70's and early 80's and featured cast metal driver baskets. AKer Big Tuna is the resident expert/madman regarding this line.
