Antique Sound Lab AQ 1005 DT biasing instructions

Folks:
I have an AQ 1005 DT integrated amp that I should like to set the bias on but, somewhere in the last three house moves, I have misplaced the instructions that I was given by the seller lo these many moons ago. The amp has no built-in meters and needs to be tuned a bit. There was I would appreciate any insight into how to proceed. I haven't been able to find a manual for the amp and it is a sweet sounding amp - don't want to screw anything up. Appreciate your input.

Do you have a mm?
Do you see a place to insert a probe?
A picture or 2 would be handy, I didn't find any doing a search that showed enough detail.

I do not have a mm but I'm sure my DIY neighbor has one and can show me how to use it.

I only see one test point by each tube, so if that is the case you put the red probe there and the black one can go on the negative speaker post.
Let the amp (with speakers connected) warm up for 20 minutes, set the mm to vdc and adjust the bias pot with a screw driver to get a 0,7v reading.
You can bias it a little lower, higher bias will stress the tubes more and low won't sound as good.

The toggle above the LED selects which tube I'm testing. Below the LED there is a "DIRECT" toggle switch which is either up or down. I don't know what that does. SO it seems that if the LED reads the bias, I don't need a mm or any leads, I just read the LED. Is that correct?

So all I have to do issue the switch the above the LED screen to select one or the other of the 300B tubes and adjust the "bias" switch until the LED reads 700 or slightly under that. Do the same for the second 300 B tube. Leave the amp on for a half hour and do it again.
Correct?

Note: The reason I'm so cautious (aside from the fact that I don't know what I'm doing) is because I just got a new pair of WE 300Bs and I don't want to blow them up.

New tubes.
Turn bias down, insert new tubes, turn on and let amplifier warm up (no need to play music / bias without music playing), adjust bias.
I usually listen to music for a while before I recheck bias (that day or the next), after checking bias 2 or 3 times, if it is stable, I don't check again for a few months.
