Any feedback about buying from Accessoriesforless.com?

After my return from a month in the hospital, my Onkyo fTX-SR313 home theatre unit finally died, and I saw a couple of refurbished Marantz units that caught my eye as bucket list units for replacement, the NR1510, or the refurbished MARANTZ M-CR612 Networking CD Receiver, which would be a another money-saver deal.
Talk me in or out of it anybody?
Thanks

I'd stay away. The return policy seems to just be calling customers d***s and not honoring returns. Then if you file a claim the BBB they continue to call you a d*** and blame you but reluctantly take the return.

I know two people who have been burned by them on top of the BBB reviews. Companies like that give the refurbished market a bad name. I'm honestly surprised they still have major brand support. Although several of the brands they claim to be refurb sellers of aren't listed as certified refurb sellers from those brands so my guess is they grey market stuff which is probably why they deny every return unless they get called out publicly. If they can't return it they aren't going to take it back.

Edit: After reading more reviews it seems like this. If you get the item and it works you're good. If you get the item and it needs returned good luck. Consumer rating is 3.4 out of 5.

The Yamaha HT receiver in my bedroom is from Accessories4Less. It replaced an earlier model Yamaha HT receiver from them that I gave to my BIL.

The first receiver I bought had a problem. One phone call was enough for them to send me a prepaid RMA. I sent it off on a Tuesday. I received a replacement on Friday.

I bought my Integra home theater receiver from Accessories4less several years ago. I would buy from them again.

I've bought about 10 different items over the years fro A4L.com. I had no problems with all but one unit, and since I bought through PP there wasn't much they could do but refund my money, including shipping since they didn't have a replacement.

I have a couple faimly members that bought everything they have from them. No issues.

One multi-channel HT amp >$1000...one channel died after 15 months or so. Carried to local service center (easier than shipping for me due to location) for repair under factory warranty so no return required. Will shop again.
