Any idea what type of platter this is?

I answered an ad for a "new in box" turntable that included some grainy photos of what appeared to be a heavy metal platter, similar to what my Dual 1009 uses. The price was right, and an unidentified new-in-box old turntable was too intriguing to pass up. So I made the 20-minute drive, only to find that it was only the platter, some platter-speed measuring instruments and some screws -- no turntable.

The seller wasn't willing to take the $5 I offered for just that, and I didn't want to spend any more on a platter if I couldn't ID it. There was no indication of the brand or anything. But my curiosity's getting the best of me, so I took some better photos to see if anyone can help ID what turntable this platter might have come from. Who knows, maybe I can help match the seller with an AKer who needs one of these.

That was my guess, as well, but I haven't found any pictures online that match this one. I'm not sure what you mean by an inverted bearing, Sanc. Maybe the perspective of my photo is off, but in person it extended for at least an inch or so.

Forgot to measure the diameter, but I'm going to guess it was 10" vs. 12".
