For some reason, I've been a little fixated on ESS brand speakers lately. I recently bought a pair of ESS Seven speakers in great overall condition. These do not have the desirable Heil tweeter. They do have an oval woofer which looks interesting and they weight a ton.
Can anyone offer any insight into these? I haven't had much luck on the web. There just isn't much ESS info out there. I'm interested in knowing when they were made, how much they retailed for, current value, and any interesting insights into the design. Knowing ESS, there must be something out of the ordinary about these...or at least I'm hoping!
Can anyone help?
Thanks!!!
Mario
