Any info on KLH model 103???

I was a the Goodwill store today and saw the famous KLH grill fabric but no badges. I looked on the back and they were "KLH model 103". I couldn't take the grills off, but it looked like they were 3 ways. The outside was vinyl and they were pretty big. 30" tall I'd say. I can't find anyting about this model. Does anybody have any info?
