Any love for Bottlehead Eros / Eros 2 phono preamp?

Bottlehead sent out an email blast today announcing the kit going on sale till the 14th. I've been considering adding the Eros 2 to my system, and the sale makes it tough to resist. I have the Seduction with mods, and it's dang nice, along with a couple solid state preamps built off boards from Sachu888 here on the AK that I also enjoy. They all sound really nice, but my itch for a new project is kicking in. If you have heard, or own Eros, what are your impressions? Are there peers to the Eros I should look at?

Disclaimer, I'm a Bottlehead fan, I've built 4 kits and enjoy them all.

I ordered it before the sale ended. It will be another 4-6 weeks before it arrives likely, and then I will have to build it. I'll report back once it's up and running. I also ordered some NOS Russian PIO caps to install in it, once I get it going.

I've heard it at the Bottlehead office but never directly compared to a Seduction. The system sure sounded good with the Eros. Hope you like it.
