Any thoughts on hooking up four speakers to Fisher 500B

Hi everyone,

I'd like to hook up a second set of speakers to my 500B, doesn't appear there is second set of hookups. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? I assume I can buy an adapter of some sort that will separate the signal into four terminals for four speakers, but wanted to check with more experienced folks on this forum before getting into it.

Thanks for any advice --

Harold

Make sure that any switching unit that allows more than 2 speakers per channel has an impedance matching circuit built in. So DO and some DON'T.

Something like this. I like this one because the switches are well built. Also if you are running 2 or 3 sets of 8 ohm speakers at the same time it won't go below 4 ohms. Just use the 4 ohm speaker taps on the amp. I just use mine to switch between 8 ohm speakers though. Nice metal box too. I use the three way, four way shown in the picture. There are many others as well. 81G+PZrgTBL._SY355_.jpeg
