Any Thoughts on this - 2275 Sound Bleed Through

Hello all. I recently recapped a 2275, with new lights, output transistors ect. Works and sounds great. Here is my question. All my music is on my Iphone. I have been using a Bluetooth adapter running into the Aux input on 2275. No issues and sounds fine. Also, no sound bleed through on any other inputs.

I thought I would run straight from phone via rca cords into the Aux input. When I did this, you could hear (very noticeably) the music bleeding through on the Phono, Tape 1 & 2 inputs? I switched out the rca cord I was using and same thing?

Anyone have an idea why the sound would bleed through when using rca directly from phone versus a Bluetooth adapter? I have a 3.5 female adaptor coming out of iphone and then 3.5 male jack to rca going to 2275. I would think the rca from phone would have been a more direct connection. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Had the same exact symptom with my iPhone and my 2275. Figured out that I was hitting the input (Aux, IIRC) with too much signal strength. Once I lowered the volume, the bleed-thru went away. Hope this helps.

I’ll give it a try tonight. Thanks.
