So I recently moved to an apartment and received this Crosley eclipse with passive speakers as a present. In an attempt to save space and potentially improve my tv's audio I was wondering if it would be possible to connect the stereo and tv to a receiver or amp and then connect the speakers from there. Thanks

You should be able to hook up a tv to the aux input next to the headphone jack if you are looking to have tv sound through the Crosley speakers.

looks like yes, but not that amp.
but it does have line out, theoretically,you can use the crosley as a source.use the crosley line out plugged into the input on an amp or receiver and connect the speakers to the new amp
you will have to set the volume on the crosley to a decent level .... no more than half way and use the crosly source switch, the new amp will control the volume.
make sure the new amp has hook ups to match your tv. like toslink or rca what ever your tv has for output connections

that will work also but you asked about an amp or receiver, other than a wire out of the front of the crosley this ^ ^ ^ is your best space savings.
Ok cool. I guess the plan was more to have the speakers on each side of the TV and, if I got a receiver, put it in the cubby next to the Blu-ray player. That way I would have to get a stand for the Crosley and the speakers could just be on the TV stand
