Mod that Vintage Gear
I just picked up a pair of 1.5 or version 6 heresys. They are the last version of the Heresy I before the Heresy II came out ,made in 1985. They have these drivers...
K22K woofer
K52 Hepner midrange marked K53K with composite horn
K77 tweeter

Was wondering if you have them or heard them what your thoughts are. I think they sound very good.

These were my other pair I modified for biamping (now sold) the other pair I have yet to open up.

I haven't had the opportunity to hear those. I've had "W" (1981) BR, "T" (1979) BR, and now "P" (1976) WO. The "P"s have been my favorite of the three. I'm driving them with a little HK330B and they sound wonderful! The cabinets need some love (on my list)
