I wish we could put EdenPure to bed permanently. Unfortunately they are just starting to ramp up their advertising for the season. Even Bose has more credibility in their advertising claims than Edenpure does.
I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection division of the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office a year ago. So far I have not heard a word from them. I followed up with their representative at a trade show this past spring and he seemed concerned enough to take the information again. I am still waiting.
