Big issue with Grundig Fine Arts is most of it was sold in Europe. And mostly Germany. Not easily found, as not officially imported to the USA or Canada.

I know these amps quite well.
The good: they sound great, have no problems with 4 ohm load, have tone controls that can be bypassed (Defeat button), enough inputs for most applications and remote controlled volume pot and source selector. The electronics inside are good, they are almost identical to Marantz amps from the same period (both Grundig and Marantz were owned by Philips at the time). They are quite cheap, at least around here.
The bad: plastic parts are poor quality, especially the plastic buttons tend to break. These amps are not pretty, at least to most people.
All in all, very good amps, but I would not trade a Yamaha CA-800 for it. Grundig V2 might sound better, but the Yammy has a much higher resale value. It looks much better too.
$197 is not a good price for a V2. $80 is OK (not a bargain either), maybe $100 it it has original remote. $200 would be an OK price for a Grundig FineArts A903 in a perfect shape, but that's a different class.

Actually they had a brief go at selling them in Canada. Grundig was importing their shortwave radios, and apparently doing well enough in that market niche, and they decided to bring in the Fine Arts audio line positioned as a luxury line. It was nice gear but I don't remember it being exceptional, particularly at the price points they were at. They were not available for very long, we hardly sold any.
