Anyone familiar with vintage Magnavox speakers?

I have a pair, I'm guessing from the late 60's but could be 70's. They are nice size floorstanders with 15" Air suspension woofers and 1" horn tweeter. The cabinents are very nice and its all real wood no vinyl crap. From carrying them, I would say they weigh in at 50lbs maybe a little more. I have enjoyed them for 2 years now but its time for them to move on, got me some JBL's L-36's :banana:. Has anyone of you guys had any experience with a similer speaker? Brochure scans or specs? Desirable at all? I will post some pics of them in a few days if that would help...

I have a pair of Magnavox speakers, model S-8754, 10 inch treated and pleated paper woofer, 10 inch horn tweeter, 28 lbs each, made 1970 I think. Don't like them, much too shrill. They have the strangest crossover I have ever seen.
