Anyone have experience with Technics SB-X30 ?

Hey all,

Came across a set of Technics SB-X30 at a local second hand audio store. Can't find much information or any eBay sales on them that would indicate how they are perceived.

If anyone can help me find some write-up about these speakers it would be greatly appreciated.

And yes, they are SB-X30 and not SB-X3 or SB-X300 which there seems to be a lot more info on.

Well if they have been consistently selling for <$50 they probably aren't worth grabbing imo. But if they sell for around $150 then the price I found them at would be reasonable. The market is quite a helpful indicator of how desired they are. There doesn't seem to be a market for these and that's slightly concerning to me.

Not saying that higher price always means good quality but there's usually a correlation. I don't want to overspend on junk that I can't return or resell...
 
I think one of those threads might have mentioned there was a Japan only model with a different model name, maybe searching that model *might* help. Or not.
