Anyone have info on the Yamaha NS10MM / NS10MMT?

I'm seeing these for a lot less than the standard NS10, but also seeing some negative reviews. If anyone here actually has owned or listened to these speakers, could you speak to their suitability as flat response budget studio monitors?

You do realise they are lot smaller than the NS10M? The bass/mid driver is only just over 3" and they were intended for home theatre use.
