Anyone know about the Quadraflex brand of speakers?

The name sounds more like an exercise machine but, I just saw a pair. They were 3 ways, real wood cabs, heavy, foam was gone on the woofer.

Google search comes up with receivers and turntables made by them and a reference to Quadraflex being a Pacific Stereo house brand.

Are they anything special?

I like their turntables, never knew they had speakers also.

But, following the general rule 'we do not buy speakers from electronics manufacturers', probably what Don said - nothing special.

Never heard the reverse rule, but no I don't buy electronics from speaker manufacturers either.

A big, vintage JBL pro amp might be the *only* exception (for me).
