Anyone Know About The Soundcraftsmen Pro Power Three Amp

Hi all,

does anybody out there know anything about the Soundcraftsmen Pro Power Three Amp? I have an opportunity to get one but can't find any info on their specs. I need to know if this is a mono or stereo amp, how much power their rated at, when built, and what their worth, also I would like to hear from anyone with experience on how they sound. If anybody can shine a light on this for me I'd appreciate it.

I am presently listening to my Pro Power Three matched with a Sanyo plus C55 preamplifier, Sanyo Plus T55 Tuner and the sound is just fantastic. I spend more time listening to that combo rather than listening to my Kenwood 600, Kenwood 600T, Mcintosh c22/dynaco70, Marantz 2325, Pioneer SX 1010, Sansui 9090, Pioneer SA 9800, SA9100, Fisher 500c and many others. I just love the life like sound I get through this combo. Please don't think that I am saying one is better then the other. I just spend more time and love hearing my music through the Soundcraftsmen Amplifier. I don't have the specs on it. But the person I bought mine from told me that it was rated at 250watts @ 8ohms. It is a stereo amplifier. My speakers are B&W DM 303 with a power sub-woofer tied into my computer, Technics DVD-A10, Technics SL D5 Turn table, and my Sony CDP-C67ES. It just make the addictive magic of music ring in my ears.

I have one of these myself. I measured the output wattage at 200 per channel RMS into 8 ohms. It's a stereo amp.
Total harmonic distortion is .007. That is quite good! This amp could be considered audiophile grade.
So, lledosr, when you mention the pleasure you get from this amp, it is likely due to it's pure clean undistorted reproduction of sound.
