Anyone know anything about the Denon PMA-860?

I might pick up one of these for a bedroom/computer system. Does anyone have any input on it? Good, bad, mediocre?

I also realize I'm in the solid state section...ahhh, I better leave before I breathe the air :D

The PMA-860 would make for a great bedroom or PC system!
Made in 1991-92, it is 80 wpc. Denon makes some great gear.

I've got one....

...in my garage with matching tuner. I really like it. So much so that the Realistic STA-2290 that used to live there is going on the block soon. Seems to have no problem driving a pair of Genesis 1+ and Advent 3002's to uncomfortably loud levels without breaking a sweat. I got mine cheap, but I figure it's easily worth $60-80 by itself....
YMMV

I have one of these...good Denon made in Japan quality, simple.
I bought mine from the original owner as part of a package deal and ended up paying 25 bucks for it, a steal!
I used it to bi-amp a pair of Infinity speakers and had no problems with it.
This was my first Denon and because I had good luck with it I ended up buying a AVR 3600-DTS which I am totally pleased with.

I know this is kinda old thread, but im in a doubt. My local dealer offered me denon PMA 860 for about 130 euros and rotel RA 985 about 150 euros. What should i take ? Any suggestions are appreciated.
