I bought this TT assembly intending to make a RCM but after trying it out it probably does not have enough torque. The only identifying mark is what appears to be the Trio/Kenwood logo cast into the underside of the platter.
If anyone has a spare arm and wants a table I could make a plinth out of 5 or 6 layers of MDF - that was you only cut out as much in each layer as is absolutely necessary, then veneer it.
That black plastic piece has the two speed adjust pots and a push button speed change switch, I figure to mount them seperately and toss the plastic.
