Anyone refoam Paradigm 3SE Minis?

I came upon a pair for nigh onto nothing. As usual with these things, the foam is coming apart.

Just wondering if anyone has tackled refoaming a pair of these. My first refoam job, so I figure I should get some advice before diving in. ANy tricks I should know? Is the ebay reforming kit the way to go for $30?

The kits i bought from eBay all came with clear instructions. It's easy, just find a way to reuse the original dust cap , Cut and reuse or use a 30 Hz test tone to keep the coil centered
