Anyone tried a Boyu Reisong SUT?

Everything I've bought through Douk has been excellent value for money so far. The Douk Tube Phonobox remains the best EAR 834P copy I've seen.

I'm thinking this may be good for the likes of budget carts like the Denon DL103 Hans EL or Goldring Eroica LX :)

That's a nice looking piece of kit. I'm solidly in the MM camp but can attest to the goodness of the Little Bear T11 EAR copy that I've used for the better part of a year now in my main system. It's outstanding and set me back a whopping $200 on Amazon.

Well, I'm now running the 1:2 version in between my sources and Schiit Saga preamp. Seems to really add a little meat to the sound and has had an unexpected benefit: the last tiny bit of hum I was getting on my power amp is gone. With my ear against the speaker its now dead silent. It doesn't seem to have hurt the systems frequency response as far as I can tell which is great also. I'm very happy to have given these a try.

A mate now has the 1:20 version and has reported that it compares favourably with a Cinemag 3440AH so not bad at all considering the cost

My understanding (No 1st hand experience) one can rewire the taps inside the Reisong to achieve 1:10 :dunno:
