G gotvinyl Active Member May 4, 2010 #1 Has anyone tried putting the BE tweeter from a Yamaha NS 1000 or 1000M into an NS 690 (I, II, or III)? I would suspect it might need a crossover modification, but the +/- 3db adjustment on the front might do the trick.
