If there is space to mount a 2½" cube of copper and iron under the plinth, a bucking transformer could be installed there to supply the table at 100V. If not, an external enclosure with plug and receptacle should get it done, although it would be a little more cumbersome. If space is available, a Newhouse 40TR or something similar should work. The connections would be as follows:
If the transformer is not marked for phase (and it probably isn't) you can try a connection on the bench, not connected to the turntable. Apply the line voltage and measure the resulting voltage. If the secondary is in-phase with the primary the resultant output voltage woould be something on the order of 145-150VAC. If the secondary is out-of-phase with the primary, the resultant voltage would be around 95-100VAC.
