Anyone use an acrylic "box" to cover the turntable when not in use?

I have an Oracle Delphi with a dustcover. The dustcover does a fine job of keeping the arm kinda clean and the platter. However, dust settles like a beast onto the lower acrylic area. I am considering doing away with the dust cover and using a custom acrylic box to drop over it when not in use. Having to dust that thing gives me the willies, and I take the cover off the table whenever it's in use anyway.

Thoughts? Where can I get one of these?

sounds kinda silly BUT...its really not a bad idea when you think about it..
