AR 7 "Newer Surround" loose

I redid the surrounds on these wonderful bookshelf speakers a couple of years ago. There has been no deterioration in the woofer surrounss however I heard some buzzing on the right speaker(especialy on Piano tones). I checked out the surround on the woofer and it appears that the glue that was used did not hold all of the surround to the driver cone. So there is about a two inch area that needs to be reglued. Is there a comercially available glue that I could use to just reglue that section, or do I have to buy some specialty glue from Parts Express etc. Any suggestions much appreciated.

I'd just smear a wee bit of 5 minute epoxy in the area with a toothpick and hold it down till it sets.
