I have a pair of Acoustic Research AR8B speakers I recapped last year and sound great to me and are my primary music speakers. I’m looking to see what else is out there for a B pair of speakers, and am intrigued by the ELACs. Currently running a Yamaha A-S301. Any other recommendations in the sub $500 bookshelf market? Would I glean a noticeable improvement over the ARs all else equal?
