AR bookshelfs; no model number. Any info?

I have a set of AR bookshelf speakers that need refoams. Can't decide if they are worth the bother. Other than the AR badges in the upper right, there are no labels, numbers or markings to ID them. They stand 17 1/2 h, by 9 3/4 w by 7 1/4 d. Real wood caps with an angled cloth grill cover. 8-inch woofer; 1-inch dome tweet. One woofer magnet is stamped with the AR logo and the number 1210072-2a and beneath it 494TF. Standard spring clips in back. No markings there either. Does anyone recognize these or have any info? Thanks
