AR XA Lift

Hi Folks -
Just began restoration of my two AR XA turntables and need a few answers and some advice.
Dave at Vinyl Nirvana recommended I ask this forum.
Firstly, I'd like to add a tone arm lift (dampened up/down, NOT the triplever end of play lifter). Looks like a lot of what used to be recommended in NLA. Any ideas?

Look on Ebay for a Supex Tonearm Lift. I use them and they work great.

Thanks folks - I found a Supex AL-2 lifter. Pretty sure I can make it work.
I guess I should change the name of this thread to a more general description of my intended restoration of these two XAs. Or just start a new one? Anyway, I started tearing down the first one. I'll get some pictures up soon.
