So Glenn (gd70) was ever so kind to make me a set of these new refractive foams for my AR11's!
They look fantastic!!IMG_20180521_193817.jpgHere were the originals still on my units.IMG_20180521_193017.jpg

The second one actually could have been saved, but no need now!!
I foolishly sold a very nice pair of these but version 1 a few years back, so I jumped at the chance when I spotted these! They are version 2, but I'm not sure there's any difference aside from the decals??IMG_20180521_193011.jpg
Anyway after easily removing the falling off rotted foam, I can put these new guys on. What is recommended as adhesive here??

Ya I similarly let a set or AR12's get away, gifted to my brother many moons ago, recently replaced with AR58S, I like these better anyway lol.

Hey Charles!
Good to see they made it half way around the world!
Glad you like them and look forward to seeing them on your beautiful 11's!
Cheers, Glenn

They are beauties!
One mid was a little tweaked but it mostly pulled out and sounds awesome so not worrying about it. Noticed at higher volumes they were inching backwards from the woofer movement so I spiked the speakers, everything improved, but most of all the bass. Really tightened up, plus substantial increase and increased depth now definitely reaching to 30hz. This allowed me to switch the twin Dayton 12" subs off.
