Econowave modded AR 2a speakers

My AR 2a speakers have been modded with Zilch's crossover design and JBL compression drivers mounted in PE horns. The horns replaced the 2 mids and the tweeter in the original AR 2a design.
And they sound wonderful. Even the wife commented on how good they are. The non-ported, heavy box with quality woofer is something special with the horn, a smooth 2 way design.
It was a very gratifying project. I was elated after successful testing of the crossovers and L-pad.
The only drudgery was hacking up the original baffle and filling voids.

Excellent work!

This is an inspiration. I've been mulling what to do with a pair of AR2s. They have better bass response than three other pairs of the 2 series that I have (2a and 2ax), and I was considering upgrading them to 2ax drivers.

Would you mind sharing the exact parts list ? I have a pair of AR 2x's that I got for a song that I would like to modify like this.

How are the mid's handled on this mod? Mostly by the woofer I'm guessing.

Attached is a parts list from Parts Express. I mounted it all on a press board instead of a breadboard. You may not want the listed woofer and cabinet.
